pop up cameras have their own drawbacks.. phone looses water resistance.. face recognition unlock feature is crappy.. however fast the processor is motorized camera will always be slow.. and it has tendency to stop working due to motor failure or dust/foreign particles stuck in camera or physical defects/bumps.. adds to unnecessary bulk(weight).. more expensive..
i think underdisplay cameras will be the thing in future.. until then i believe a notch or punch hole in top left corner is best..

I opted for it's brother, OnePlus 7T, which is almost the same, has a bit slower charger, OIS camera, better thermal characteristics and a bit of water sealing (although no IP rating), also andi 10 with oxygen OS, 8/256GB (UFS3.0) all for 438$ shipped on aliexpress on 11.11
I think both are great bang for the buck, including oppo reno ace, all from BBK and at about the same feature and price level.

There's an early bird offer too that gives realme wireless buds worth rs 1799 (~25$) absolutely free when ordered via Flipkart.Currently it's the best phone under 30k but I really preferred it to have no notch pop-up camera display over the crappy water drop notch.
