because most apps are regional, most indian apps are useless in Bangladesh or most Chinese apps are useless in the USA, only 20% of apps are universal, like Facebook or Instagram.

Even if you ... moreIt's possible to compete in terms of everything except marketing and marketing nowadays decides everything. There are countless apps and games in all app stores which are superb and they have barely any users because their developers don't have the means to advertise their apps.

      The word of mouth and your friends and the friends of your friends can only get you so far.

          It is impossible to compete with "big" brands. Even if you somehow manage to compete they will buy your company and will continue this trend.
