Love the color but it doesn't really matter at the end of the day. The color i actually end up picking is black because I always fit a case over it

Smartphones do not need any colors on their case. Wanna color it - buy a vinyl skin, or a grip case, on anything like that - for your own money.

Shellyman Infinity, 27 Nov 2019OnePlus 7 series color options are bland across the board.I imported a Red OnePlus 7 from China and it's freaking gorgeous, when light hits it, it has an orangeish shine, only Black color was available in France, so I'm glad I imported it, also saved 200€, paid 400€ for the 8/256 GB RAM/Storage.

This just proves that whoever picked the colours at OnePlus doesn't have the tiniest sense of taste. The two final colours are just plain awful (blue) and even far more awful (gray).
This Gold would've been a nice change, for once - as the "Gold" you normally get is normally almost silver/grey with just a faint hint at gold. Very lame.
