    Instead of targeting on punch hole cameras, Oppo could have taken step forward and come up with under display camera.

      you are absolutely right! Almost all telephone manufacturers have no innovations. A timeless design, such as Meizu 16s, is almost impossible to find in all the new creations.

        It is 2020 next month. No one wants a phone with a notch, punch hole or pop up camera. Under screen camera camera or nothing. Flat screen or minimum curve on waterfall. 12GB/512GB, UFS, waterproof, dust proof, shatter proof. Thin. Or a phone with a rollable OLED screen.

            And now the last one gave in to temptation and bit the dust? AFAIK, OPPO was the last manufacturer which still had a decent flagship phone with NO notches, holes and curved edges. Now they are all the same (OPPO, VIVO, 1+): nothes/punch holes and/or totally impractical waterfall displays. As well as (almost) every other manufacturer in existense. What a sad day.

              punchhole incoming ;) do companies really think we don't know how they show renderings? Usually they hide the lower lip because it's still huge on most phone (cept iphone).
