Finally Croatia, but still can't access marketplace, anything that I need to do ? region and other settings are all good, i think.

I just went to the Bulgarian version of the Marketplace and it says, I quote "There currently isn't a Web Marketplace available in your country. If you're looking for apps and have a Windows Phone, go to Marketplace on your phone. Or visit the rest of the site if you're interested in learning more about Windows Phone."
So not really live from a user stand-point.
