If you really want IP68 alongside that 40MP ultrawide and ToF camera, then the Mate 30 Pro is the one to go. If you don't really care about those kinds of thing, the V30 Pro really is a bargain. Heck, it's more than a bargain as the front selfie camera features an ultrawide lens. Not many phones have that feature.
The only thing that might put me off is the lack of 3.5mm headphone jack. Not an issue for both V30 Pro and Mate 30 Pro as both phones didn't have it. Same story with V30, but not for the Mate 30. Hmmm...
