Anonymous, 10 Dec 2019Why keep posting these china-only garbage "news" non stop?Because, time change, if you want some goos news about Sony, LG, HTC, Apple (for design), Motorola, you need to go in the past couple years back. Today from old sql OEMs, ony Samsung is still there with new tehnology, and phones, rest are Chinese OEMs, Huawei-Honor, Xiaomi-Redmi, Oppo-Realme, vivo, OnePlus.. We are in 2020, not in 2015.

        10th Gen processor? Yes.
        10nm processor? No.

These are just the regular old 14nm rebadged as 10th gen. Actual newer 10th gen chips based on the 10nm process have a G suffix. Way better power efficiency, since that's what ultrabooks like these are all about.

I bet it should look awesome in person. And FullHD on 13.3 will look great!

They did have a gaming range too, now out of stock, but I believe they should awesome in cheap gaming laptops, because we still don't have a company which can provide a great future proof gaming laptop for good money.
At around $1000, I expect a GTX 2060 Ti laptop from Mi. Hope they can deliver..

I checked Xiaomi China website and it showed RMB5499 for top variant and not RMB5199 as being claimed in multiple reports. Also the base variant starts at RMB4499

I checked the Mi China website and the i7 RedmiBook 13 is strangely more expensive than the i7 RedmiBook 14...
