i suppose that android loves you as a buyer because you thinks specs alone make a good phone. for you probably quad core is enough to make a great phone. bad call quality, bad camera, laggy ui etc. are not that important?

2. Are there better browsers for WP7? LOL with WP7 you only have one browser, Internet Explorer. With Android you have Firefox and Chrome, how about getting a video with Chrome loaded onto android?
3. So because the video you posted shows that a site heavy with flash advertisement gets loaded slower on a device that has a higher pixel count then manufacturers should not make devices with higher pixel count? I'm sure Nokia loves you as a customer, because with you they don't need to update any hardware. You'd still be using "nHD" and thinking it's HD.
4. Funny how you refer to android as a truck with an engine of a 4 door sedan, how about you refer to it as something more appropiate? Android outpaces WP7 and Symbian in every benchmark and every game.

example:
a city bus and a sports car have similar engines, but the bus is having much more torque and hp. so it should be faster?
you see, android weights down on the cpu like an elephant, choking it to death. even quad-core is not smoother than single core wp7 (see any video of htc one x)
what seems to be the problem there, the benchmarks are sky high??? we dont use our phones to run benchmarks all the time, they are a marketing gimmick

2 you think there arent better browsers than stock for every os out there?
3 again, makers of that phone probably knew that. so they put more power in it, right? but if youre saying the nexus should be slower because of the higher resolution, then make it like that. if 1280x720 is too much for that phone to handle, dont do it.
4 ah, both ios and android support html5. ios doesnt use flash, but relies on html5 even more. not optimized? steve jobs himself favoured html5 over flash on many occasions. so if the ios browser is not optimized, that what was s.jobs on about?
5 i dont own a wp7 device, but looking at videos on youtube made by ordinary people i see the wp7 browser is faster in most cases. what can i say, its tough seeing your favorite os getting smoked by wp7. so you can rationalize that in your mind as much as you like, but the videos dont lie...

1. Android's Stock Browser isn't optimized for HTML5 yet as they don't care about HTML5, Flash is currently what matters.
2. If you wanted an HTML5 optimized Browser, download Google Chrome for Android.
3. 1280x720 pixels vs 800x480.. you're really going to question which one is easier to render?
4. iOS browser isn't optimized for HTML5 either.
5. Using a benchmark made by Microsoft SOOO fairly shows browser performance. SHhhh... let me give you a hint... WP7 is made by microsoft too ;)

here you can clearly see the lumia is as good and even better than gn and its half the price
full flash runs on gn, but freezes the device.
so basically android has the power on paper, but as ive said fails to deliver in real life use
