I got my update a week ago for my Sensation XE in Pakistan. It is running bug-free and I now have a reason to stick with my Sensation instead of taking the jump to One X anytime before December. I absolutely love everything about it, all changes made are more than welcome.

Mine still says no update.. From PAKISTAN.. my sensation comes under middle-east region.

HTC claims that most of the time it solves the issues...

I dont see update in India. Have a XE. Can someone confirm as i feel India has been left out.

The upgrade do still have bugs. In our unit there's a big problem in bluetooth. When we try to turn it on, it just keeps on displaying 'turning bluetooth on' forever.. We tried to restart and finally opened the bluetooth, but won't connect to any phone. Now it keeps on displaying the same thing..
The phone sometimes load, especially when going back home after opening an application :(
when we restart the phone, hell it displays loading all applications that take so much time.
Still navigating thru homescreens is laggy, and gallery takes time to load all pictures..
Hope there's still an upcoming update to fix some bugs. ICS is great, but we don't want the user experience to get ruined. Still loving my friend's sensation xe :))

Some issues using ics compared to gb (SXE):
*No setting ’landscape mode only’ in the web browser
*No battery saver options
*Annoying pop-up when battery gets low, and no option to turn it off. Moreover, this pop-up resets the media sound level so you have to set it back manually. Strange.
*Slower gallery. Scrolling fast through pictures, it takes time to load the thumbnails, when gb took care of that even before you scroll to it..
*Some other minor options disappeared, though there are plenty of new ones.

Yeah its true ICS update on my sensation xe is buggy. Google Play Market freezez a lot and allover software is laggy. HTC Hub is now very slow to response now. Music Player audio quality is also seems to be downgraded. And i am not happy to see sense 3.6 after waiting so long sense version should be upgraded to 4.0 along this update.

Yes it's true. In the Netherlands the updates available for the Sensation and Sensation XE. Sensation XL still not an available update to 4.0 available tho. Anyone knows when?

got my update a week ago (from Bangladesh)..was very happy..good job done both by HTC and Google..also got d sense 3.6 update along with it..they changed it for good..again a good job..but yes sometimes a little buggy n some software dont seem to b compatible with ICS yet..though d number is very very few..so far i got just one..so thats all so far..cheers

Hi, I'm a htc sensation user in Malaysia and get the ICS update on 29th March. Was suprise the ICS run very smooth than Android 2.3.6 and a better UI with sense 3.6 ( ofcos if can get sense 4.0 is much better ), I didn't found any bug until now, no regret to update it. Hope u guy enjoy it also.

the update was good but still so many bugs...
some are:
- some applications closes on its own
- can't upload pictures using htc sense for facebook
- when opening music, it prompts you "no updates available for your device"
please post your experience with the new ICS update for HTC Sensation XE
