Awit, 23 Dec 2019Whats the equivalent of Exy9810 in Snapdragon?Somewhere around between SD835 and 845. I think it's pretty decent if you consider this as a midrange chipset (though the power efficiency leaves a bit to be desired).

Damn ! Why did they went with that horrible Huawei Mate 20 back camera design ? They couldn't come up with anything better ? And why Exynos CPU and not Snapdragon ? These 2 things are deal breakers for me. I will keep my S9+ or wait a bit more for the price of Note 10+ to go down.

Looks pretty good already.
- It's not only in toilet bowl white and lame black like regular note, but also lovely red.
- It doesn't have any curve, another clear plus.
- Cameras seem to be the same, hope at least the main camera has OIS.
- Camera layout is a 1:1 copy of Huawei Mate 20, but that's just Samsung being Samsung.
- It's still decently sized, as they don't pull the ugly backhanded trick as many others, making the Lite version smaller than the regular one.
- Hopefully it's Metal/Glass, not Plastic.
- Slightly older cpu, but who cares. Still plenty fast, and it keeps the price down.
This could become the best Note, if they do it right.

Looks convincing, but this is still a leak. It might not be official, so I rather wait for the official announcement.

Hopefully it'll come to US carriers and the resale price will drop real low... Probably won't happen, especially since it doesn't have a snapdragon...

Maye 30 has the same camera as mate 30 pro so let me borrow GsmArena words
The main camera captures very good video. 4K footage has good detail in 30fps with a noticeable drop in sharpness at 60fps. There's virtually no difference between the 1080p modes and 60fps is as sharp as 30fps, both a match for the best in class. Dynamic range is also nice and wide and colors are mostly accurate, save for a slight reddish tent visible when comparing side by side with other phones (so not really that big of a deal).

WOW, What timing! This has been a disappointing month for me. I wasn't able to find any quality camera phone under 100,000PKR while all the new bunch of galaxies (Note 9 and 10 series) were 125,000+ in Pakistan (thanks to terrible phone taxes by govt). I was regretting selling my S8 as there was no cheap upgrade anymore. Huawei phones got terrible video capabilities and only Mate 30 (which is well above S10) records usable video. Hoping that they'll release it in Pakistan soon and wont mess up OIS.

Though this all but confirms that Note10 Lite is a weaker device than S10 Lite, whatever sense that makes.
In any case, a disappointing device to me and out of my consideration.

Come on, right now and then, nothing can beat the audio quality from a wire directly connected to a headphone jack. There will come a time that one day, solid state batteries that Samsung is developing will bring back the headphone jack due to the available space and will come with a DAC better than LG.
