The purpose of the slit on the leather cover is rather obvious and useful - prevents your face from touching the screen while you talk during a call.

I have just returned from South Korea and I can say that the Galaxy Note is definitely a very hip and popular item over there, much more than in my country The Netherlands. I have seen a lot of Koreans using them in the subway. People are even willing to pay over 700 euros (1,1 million won) to get one! But recently there has been a rumor in the news that Samsung will drop its price 50% in the next few months and some Koreans are upset and feel like they have been cheated because the first consumers have paid so much more.

Pink might have its application, and I suppose it is one way to identify the ICS Note. The question is whether ICS is full of problems like many other Android mobles and pink is a warning to all to avoid this device.

the slit is quite important....it allows you to close the cover while talking on the phone so that you can hold the phone easier.......

samsung.hdblog.it says that it is CM9 with TW 4 and has the link for download. it is android 4.0.4.
i don't no how the rom is good/bad?
