Oppo Reno3 Pro and Oppo Reno3 are official with 5G out of the box

The Pro variant sports a Snapdragon 765G chipset, the Reno3 is the first phone with Mediatek’s next-gen platform called Dimensity 1000L.

Pro has 48MP camera while vanilla has 64MP? And I thought Dimensity 1000 was to compete with SD855 which means it should be significantly better than 765 in Pro these specs are quite confusing

    The original Reno line up launched with the regular midrange Reno.......

    Not sure where you got this vision of flagship exclusivity from

        Very perplexing overall, but regardless of actual performance, it has to be cheaper than the 765G to be marketed this way. But then why not use a 1000L-1000 duo as the two tiers, rather than using a potentially inferior 765G as the high tier?

                    That's a cute phone

                      Oppo Reno 2 was a beautiful phone, Reno 3 looks like most phones will be in 2020: punch hole in the front, and 4 rear cameras on the left top. Nothing interesting specs wise and too expensive. Next.

                        Some of the vanilla Reno 3's specs seem better than the Pro's

                          i thougt dimensity suppose to face flagship chip like 865, look like there's still a long way for mediatek

                            The Reno3 Pro has a 5x optical zoom telephoto camera, so that would be my choice.
