    Still waiting for Android 10 on my S10+ - only got November update on it a few weeks ago.

AI SoC doesn't effect real life performance that much whereas as Note8 was more powerful! And EMUI obviously isn't good as OneUI! Not even close! I've used bunches of Huawei and Honor! The UI is even not better than MIUI series (global, poco), let alone OneUI of note8 or mine note10+ or S10 plus 1tb version, etc..

            You should contact with Samsung authority to release new major os update for the model! But be realistic dude! I mean I use Xiaomi redmi 4x as my main device (as I do some risky field works) along with bunches Samsung's flagships and midranges, 4 iPhones (Xs, 8, 4s and 5s), 9+ Huaweis (ascend 7, p10 plus, p30 pro, mate 30 pro, p20 lite, three of nova models, y9 prime plus and some more in collection Ive forgotten. Oh I've an old RIM antenna models as well.. Bunches of old and new Nokias, 3 blackberry, 5 Honor, All OnePlus collection, 10+ Xiaomis and 1 poco, bunches of vivo, oppo, realme, sony and sony ericsson, BenQ, Sharp and etc devices in my collection!

            But honestly I never felt incomplete to use android what I feel every time in iOS. Even with newer update. My redmi 4x does all the job with android 7 and miui 11! Even more than any of iPhone with more features!

Note 8 was better in ... moreThe Note8 had the better Screen, Camera and UI, but the Mate 10 Pro had far superior Battery Life, Update Support, AI chip and Faster Charging, which made it more practical to live with. Kinda wish I had kept it at this point. Either way at this point itÂ’s also getting the better UI since it will have EMUI10.

              Hopefully with the Note 11/20/whatever they end up calling it, Samsung will have improved their update policy, I still like their hardware, just not their crappy update policy.

I’d love to own both iPhone and Samsung and bounce between the two, as I like both Android and iOS, but Samsung’s crappy update policy needs drastic change, will keep an eye on them and get another Note when I see an improvement.

Cause the price tag was low... moreI did and still do, in my country it was worth well over $1000, biggest waste of money versus the Mate 10 Pro that I had which is busy getting Android 10 Betas and official update on the way, wish I had sold off the Note8 rather than the Mate 10 Pro at this point, alas I learnt my lesson.
