If you look at the half-written prices of the vanilla Mi 10, you can see that they all cost at least 3,xxx yuan.
But if you look close to the base 8/128 variant, you can see a "1" near the "3".
It means that the base variant will cost 3,199 yuan... around $460.

I think you got the wrong camera info for Mi 10.
According to the picture, it is IMX686 as the main.
Then a 20MP, 12MP and 5MP.
And not 108MP.
The 108MP is only for the Mi 10 Pro
