For anyone who wants to call any truly wireless bud a copy of the airpods, the only thing the airpods brought to the table was an unsightly stem. Everything else has been copied from the Bragi Dash.

How about Xiaomi AirDots Pro 2? Got them for about 60 USD, the offer Bluetooth 5, detection if they are in place, for me personally - a better design, USB-C etc. I think this deal is much much bettrr!

What BT CODEC do they use? SBC? AAC? AptX? AptX HD maybe?
Personally, I got some SoundPeats 'TrueCapsule' buds for myself for about $35 - with touch sensitive controls and a great sound relatively speaking, but there are lots of others to choose from in Chinese websites for a lot less money that give you more I think.
Mine blew me away, considering the price.
