IpsDisplay, 07 Jan 2020Sigh this is a stupid question that keeps getting asked and... moreIt's up to you then. Do your research before you comment. 4G coverage isn't 100% in my country, network is still stuck in 2G/3G (then even 2G/EDGE network dominates). It's a step by step basis. China is fine with 5G because they have the resources to implement 5G. But what about poorer countries?

I bet you're just some random kid trying to comment without thinking first.

4G speeds are more than enough in our country, yes it's not the same story everywhere and if sub-6 5G is implemented if Jio rushes. I know it will, the speeds will be more or less similar to 4G anyways.

Nice Guy, 07 Jan 2020Considering Per capital, India might be in top 20 for sure!... moreI hope you had a 4G phone, and were using Reliance Jio's 4G network. Their coverage is unmatched throughout India. Airtel, Vodafone, Idea and BSNL have really bad coverage of 4G but Airtel is improving a lot and trying to catch up with Relliance Jio.

Davy Jones, 07 Jan 2020I was taking about Indian scenario where 5g is still too far5G will be here before 2021. The spectrum auctions for both 4G and 5G is between April to June. The operators will then have 6 months to launch 5G after acquiring the airwaves.

I believe that Reliance Jio will be the biggest bidder of 5G spectrum, and will get a massive chunk. It's exciting to think about. I hope June arrives soon!

Davy Jones, 07 Jan 2020I was taking about Indian scenario where 5g is still too farThat's fair enough. Apart from the 5g access the x2pro does look like a better phone.

Fortunately it's coming with 2x zoom lens.
But unfortunately its also coming with the bit old 64MP sensor Samsung GW1 instead of Sony new IMX686.
Also I would prefer it if it was amoled 90hz instead of lcd 120hz.

Davy Jones, 07 Jan 2020I was taking about Indian scenario where 5g is still too farNo, it isn't. It will be launched within a year.

Hardware must be created first then the ecosystem and adoption comes later

You can't sit in a car that isn't moving and turn the wheels you get the car driving FIRST then you give direction later

I guess the sun was pointless/useless too because once upon a time there were no trees for photosynthesis right?
