User6765, 14 Apr 2012Well they'd better be able to make this one better, they ha... moreYou'd better watch your lips. Surely Nokia would not enjoy their kingdom-ish unless they REALLY do well, but you got a wrong sample. Among the N8 user I've ever met till now, literally none of them had complaints about the phone itself, and even four of them are from the country that had no language support in Symbian^3. Although N8 would not be the huge success it surely became one of the core products in niche market. Wrong sample, dude - it might be the less-successful, but it got its own market.

It's the #1 Top Selling phone on Amazon and also #1 Top Rated phone. No phone has done that before. This thing is so beautiful and so fast on Windows Phone OS. 5 Top Rated phones are all Windows Phone.

Way to go Nokia, that's why you're my favorite mobile manufacturer. That's excellent customer satisfaction and the $100 credit is a plus too, you didn't have to but did. Unlike the richest fruit company right now that didn't care when they had their antenna problem, and all their said was "you're holding wrong" or "buy a bumper"

Good to see Nokia is working hard in making things right.
I'm just in regret for swapping my Nokia N9 for the HTC one X. :-(

good work by Nokia. Though I hate them for ditching the MeeGo platform, its nice to see them trying hard to regain lost ground.
Hope they bring out windows 8 devices faster than the competition and fix the battery and sound issues as well.

Everyone makes mistakes but very few make the effort to fix it, specially ahead of time and even give you $$$ in credits. This shows how much Nokia is hungry and what it's willing to do to keep and get new customer. This is a sign of a good company.
Can we say that about the other manufacturers? I'm afraid not.
I don't even own a Nokia but will definitely look hard at 1 when my contract is up.

of course nokia has to come out right away with a fix. their success is riding on the success of the lumia series. they've failed miserably last year and this time they want to try better with WP7 iteration of their handsets. We'll see how it does but i still don't like Nokia.
