The design on the buds looks like the Bavin earphone. They replicate the design, almost. Check the Bavin earphone.

Really good earbuds can complete with good over the ear or on ear headphones of course there are design limitations that are most noticeable in bottom lows (under 50 Hz roll off). My recommendation remains the same; KZ BT neckband and your favorite earphones and only if you have to as wired still excels.

I'm not a fan for true wireless earbuds for a very simple reason: it's too easy to lose one! So a strap connecting the buds is just fine with me.
