the android os is not even optimised to run in dualcore.and here there are fools buying it.there are not any apps which need dualcore cpu,a good gpu is good enough for games.

I feel windows will in 12 months take an increasing market share as it is far superior for business users than android, and that is why Samsung will increase its windows range. While there are significant hardware gains in recent years, what is actually delivered from software has been lagging. I have a Note and a BB9900 to cover all my work etc, but the silent killer is windows. Frankly there is just too much hype with Android in what you can really do with it. Yes great camera, video and screens in particular, but I am really looking forward to the next great leap in software, and Samsung has little to do in that area. It should really crack the whip with Google to get on with the job. Games, who cares!

AnonD-20543, 16 Apr 2012Hey stop saying wp is smoother than ics ...look at the rev... moreThats where you are wrong - I have a GS2 LTE from canada and it does have lag - I notice lag when scrolling to a different homescreen when I have a heavy game loaded on the background and that is only 1 application. My home screen freezes sometimes for less than a second when I press the home button when Im on a heavy application - and again only 1 application running on the background. I love android but you fanboys cant hide the fact that there is still lag on a dual core phone. Im disappointed but I love my GS2 still.

The galaxy s 3 will kick other phones butt, i am seeing here that it will pack a 4.7, 720p hd screen, 32GB memory plus micro sd. a 12 mega pixel camera with xenon flash. android ics. quard core cpu and quard core graphics all made by samsung. a 2000+ mAh battery and lastly 7mm thickness.
