DJ Koh remains co-CEO of Samsung, but the IT and Mobile Communications president is now Roh Tae-moon.

HELLO
i bought a phone from Samsung a week ago it should have been delivered by fedex. apparently fedex has not delivered it as they cannot find it. i have been on the phone for a week trying to get back my money are a new phone shipped out to me. apparently they have send me one and refused to send me as they said they have to complete there investigation from fedex. what i need to know is this the service that samsung provide to people. i am desperate for my new phone but cannot get anywhere with these people

            Smart move Samsung, the last time a new mobile leader was appointed was after the release of S5 (band aid design) since then Samsung has been releasing winners one after another. This transition is a mark of a new era and exciting times to come. Foldable screen and 5G will usher in a huge upgrade cycle and Samsung is laying the groundworks of scooping up these soon to be upgraders.

Please keep in mind that people on this website live in a bubble which is created my tech enthusiasts and that we don't represent casual users. There's much more casuals than enthusiasts.

These companies ... moreDon't they want more money from both the people and the vocal minority tech guys who can easily influence said people? The big crowd will soon appreciate it so much if that QuadDAC and 3.5mm jack is highlighted as much. This will definitely benefit people who uses Hi-Fi FLAC music streaming sites like Tidal or Deezer IIRC.

                                Hopefully Samsumg figures how to reduce its production costs by smart compromises and also by getting low cost production by both human labour and mass scale automation.

                                I guess the S20 Series is the Year's most anticipated release.

While they're at it, demolish LG by not only bringing back the headphone jack but also powered with the latest DAC. LG's QuadDAC is old since 2016's LG V20 so Samsung should take advantage and kill off LG's sole existence in Korea.

                                    Ok Roh Tae Joon, prove it by bringing 3.5mm jack, microsd slot on ALL MODELS, including Flagships. You will then see sales becoming even more stronger.
