My mate20pro (amazing phone love it, I would change it only to p40pro but more like december 2020 when 2nd hand prices go down of p40pro) is single sim l09 option. From UK, factory unlocked. No cellular connected with purchase. And stuck to EMUI 9. :( It is getting old now. Millions mate20pro (dual sims not like mine) already got EMUI10.
Why not single sim Europe models!
Come on faster Huawei. Please do it by end of february!

It seems that all devices shipped with a Snapdragon process are left behind. No SD device is even upgraded from 8. Huawei sucks

I've encountered a similar issue on my exes Honor 7X which was running 8.2 and didn't receive any updates for 8 months so i knew something was off. I then plugged into my PC and checked for updates via HiSuite and the Android 9.1 OTA was available to download & install.
