besides, since when do companies should be accountable to their prospective consumers for their product offerings... like if you dont like the product, there's always something else in the market to suit you. like should i rant that this company or that company is not offering me this product with this specs and prices. im shook.

Glad to read that, although no Emui 10 so far on P20 Pro but i reckon the device still works perfectly so no complaint there.
Huawei knows how to make reliable devices.

NotAnOpinion, 22 Jan 2020I'm just going to give you a simple fact-check comparison. ... moreAll iphone considered as flagship. Same chipset & identical hardware each generation, with only 2-3 variant each year. Its easy to port updated OS with less effort, hence iphone resale value always better than android.

What do you expect in Android world? There are tons of entry level, mid range level devices each year, with different level of features & hardware. Those type of phone usually got 1 or just 2 OS updates. Flagship? 4-5 each year. These flagship are the type that has the most supported update, literally 3 OS update for sure in case for Huawei.

By that numbers, clearly most of the updated phones are only flagship and small amount of mid ranger. I thought people must've been known it by now. Know the difference.

also a lot of the Huawei phones are not Android 10 so wont run EMUI 10, ie P20's and p smarts and y range phones have not all received updates due to the service provider, here in the UK we have p20's on O2 that have the ability to update but those on Voda are not able to
