Samsung Galaxy A41 will sport a 3,500 mAh battery

23 January 2020
That's a small step up from the A40's 3,100 mAh cell.

I hope Samsung will not gain the size. It whould be even better to decrease the size a little bit with a maximum 142-143mm height. There is much more than enough phone on the market with big size.

Exactly what I announced, the M21 will be released with the new Exynos 9611 processor while the M20 had the 7904 like the A40. This A41 will be an excellent mid-range and compact model, quite decent at ~300 euros if you find it with 6GB RAM.

AnonD-874772, 23 Jan 2020The battery capacity is small. 4,000mAh would have been better. The battery capacity isn't small, for a 5.8" display. It is the same capacity as in S9+, which has a 6.4" display.
But, the charging speeds, thanks but I will pass.
When other companies already came with minimum 18W chargers, even for their low-end lineup, Samsung is still using that mediocre "Adaptive charger" 15W.

Yeah, I get it Samsung, you use that charger after the Note 7 fiasco, but move on, batteries are not exploding anymore, other companies have already 25W-30W chargers as standards and nothing is happening.

A50 and A40 were in my opinion the most interesting of the bunch in last year A-series. A80 was pretty cool but the high price killed it. A10-A30 were pretty much irrelevant, and A60 had a great paint job, and that was it. A70 was just an oversized A50, with some little extras here and there.

The battery capacity seems a bit less when we look at M30s. I don't see a good reason to buy this one over the M series. Dear Samsung, Please bring the M series to offline retails already.
