Samsung Galaxy Z Flip will bring SD855+, 1" external screen, two 12MP cameras

24 January 2020
The latest round of leaks also suggest a noticeable crease at the display's folding point.

Why 855+, its not even battery efficient, 855 is more than satisfactory for this phone with 3300mah, infact 710 would have been much better, both proven on k20 pro, No wonder xiaomi is doing much better. How can such a Giant Company can lack such a simple understanding.

BigDisplay, 25 Jan 2020But the i really don't understand why u say it cannot fit u... moreNow you've got me curious, what make of jeans do you wear?

I actually like the Mate 20 X alot, it made it onto my shortlist because of it's great sound quality, much better than Mate 20 & the Mate 20 Pro (Pro has no 3.5mm jack which I use on my Note9), & a bigger display is better (that's why these foldables are a good solution), but I found the Mate 20 X would be too big for my Levis' jeans pockets to sit down to drive etc.

I'm 6'2" & yes I usually take it out my jeans pocket to sit down, but not always.
In the winter I generally wear a coat, & in the summer Levi cargo pants (both with big pockets).

I like the idea and specs. But couldnt justify over £1500+ for this type of phone. Like motorola razor new version again over priced for mid range specs. If it was only say £800 then you will see serious sales.

I cannot imagine what would happen to the battery in long term use. Heck, smartphones of today can actually go for more than half or nearly a day no problem at all.

Pants made for women just don't have big pockets. My LG G7 (6.1 inch) does 'fit' in my backpockets, but 1/3 of it is still sticking out. My pants are not small, but they do have really small pockets. I need i foldable phone

A cellphone's tiny lens struggles to produce even 12 Mpix worth of detail. A modern 12 Mpix sensor should rival 48+ Mpix sensors in sharpness but look much cleaner and detailed. Tiny pixels need such strong corrections for noise, shadows, and blown highlights that some cellphones use stacking and AI texture generation. That heavy processing produces very visible artifacts.
