It seems that Exynos and SD versions will perform equally in normal usage. Once used for gaming, the Exynos's weaknesses will show up. Software optimisation also contributes to these.

Snapdragon leads the way in multicore performance and GPU.
For flagship chipsets,
Single core performance : Exynos > Kirin > Snapdragon.
Multi core performance : Kirin > Snapdragon > Exynos.
GPU : Snapdragon > Snapdragon > Kirin ~ Exynos.

Everybody here knows the annoying fragmentation of processor distribution, and those that don't won't care. It's rubbish, and I wish it wasn't so.

I agree with the exynos rant in the comments. it's going to cripple the s20 variants. It's so bad that Samsung themselves had to fire the entire custom core team.
