Countries where they can tear the people worse than slaves to keep the prices as low as possible.
Imagine how much phone would and should cost if its made within USA where every labourer gets between 15 to 25 dollars per hour. Compared to 16 CNY in china which is like 2,50 dollars.

Think about it, I mean really think about it. There's a reason why it says "Designed by Apple in California, Assembled in China" on the back of their devices.

And your desired apple. Litterary whole phone is bought from foxconn from china.
The only american thing on a phone is logo and maybe IOS. Apart of that the rest is china made so is a china phone.

More than 2 years ago i paid for it 395 bucks but is still like a brand new even after 2 years of using it.
And is far mroe beautifull than most other brands like Apple or Samsung which only copy and paste.

having it for more than a 2 years and still working like a brand new device.

After a year, a year and a half of heavy use (most people are heavy phone users) the battery goes. The performance is lowered as a result due to the lower soc voltage, autonomy goes.
Where were you when they sealed the only consumable part of the phone? I don't recall so much whining over restricting so much of the phones' usage. Which cares about the Jack, a usb c adapter and be done with it, the sealed battery you will never fix though, you can't. The integrity of the phone is breached if you open it even once and after that every fall is lethal.
Companies scr#@3d us and nobody talked. Instead they talk about the least interesting feature ever had that can be solved by an external dac....

I'll be funny watch them asking a price bigger that the new P40 Pro or even the P40 premium but with a mediocre cameras and few more to offer. But hey, it could come with an amazing plastic stylus. Of course, at the cost of the audio jack. Seems that they can't put both together for some reason... Maybe the Note 9 will pass as the last beast and full features flagship. Sure that eve being older will still have better cameras than this new Edge+.

Hackbox, 28 Jan 2020i think Soc is G90TA quick dig of "implementer 65 architecture 8 variant 1 part 3341" brings up SD865, so it's definitely that chip and not G90T.

i was moto fan. i have used turbo 3, and few other moto phones. but designs that i m seeing right now are worst that what they produced 3 years ago. got to accept the turbo and old phone they really had great design.
