      the Z Flip is rumoured to have a faster processor than the Razr, along with more RAM, more storage and a higher-resolution display too. Underpinning all this will be a larger battery, while the Z Flip may even run on a newer version of Android out of the box.

      Furthermore, the Z Flip may be US$100 or cheaper than the Razr, too.

        Don't be surprised if Moto's thunder gets stolen by Samsung

If they were to upgrade the hardware, they would have already announced that to the four winds and the whole world with an orchestra of cymbals and drums. A low demand that does not compensate to put it into production or only in a few units makes more sense.

                Something seems extremely strange. Were the preorder numbers underwhelming or was the screen truly unfinished? Or something even stranger. I hope they upgrade the hardware, regardless. Motorola could actually sell really well if the hardware is great.

                    Moto changed the date because Samsung is releasing the Galaxy Z Flip on the same date trying to cash in on Razr's popularity.
