Will be a flop "IF" it comes with anything less than 855.

730G = 835 , so? Am I supposed to be proud that *there is a possibility* that a newer phone comes with the power of an older chipset which in turn drives a display with higher refresh rate?

THE-TRUTH-REVEALER, 30 Jan 2020Oh please! Poco F2 will be a flop if it comes with anything... more730g is equivalent to the Snapdragon 835 which is good for a midrange phone and it has less throttling and better efficiency also adreno 618 is much better than adreno 540 . Just compare in antutu.
The Poco F2 should come with 865
    2. Poco hasn't mentioned that the x2 is coming with SD 730g so why are you complaining . Did they say that?
    3. Nothing

I think this boi will be very close to the Note 8 Pro, very similar specs, very similar chipsets, same brand(almost). Without the flagship chip, it's just not the same hype. Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro will probably be better buys.

Oh please! Poco F2 will be a flop if it comes with anything less powerful than QC 855.

Especially considering that the Poco f1 with the SD845 (still much better than 730G) and 256GB+8GB is available for a little over $250 in India.

hmm, 30 Jan 2020If you can call it stereo where one speaker is like 1/3 of ... moreQuality might not be great but technically it's still stereo

Devil , 30 Jan 2020I think F1 had stereo speakers so what is author talking about? Poco F1 has a stereo like speaker setup but not actually stereo speakers.
Output from the earpiece is approximately 15% of the bottom speaker.

So in any case is better.

Kissio, 29 Jan 2020Boring design and specs phone. Nothing to do with Huawei... moreI tought that the ROG2 is android masterpiece or Oneplus MC Laren edition.

Nowadays xiaomi sucks 🙄 they introduced poco as an independent brand and now it seems poco's new phone is just a replica of k30 with some more features.

BlackAle, 30 Jan 2020Achieving stereo with a mobile phone is a fallacy, it's jus... moreyou must have not used a handset with stereo speakers. it can actually be implemented, the problem really is that the main speaker and earpiece speaker usually have unbalanced dynamic range and loudness. however, it cannot be dismissed simply as a "fallacy nor marketing bs." with the pocophone f1 you actually can perceive stereo sound on it when in a quiet environment. i tested it even with dolby atmos encoded content and it is able to simulate surround sound. there are also other phones that have overcome this driver size issue by utilizing the same sized drivers for both the main speaker and the earpiece. i have used three of them so far- razer phone 1, razer phone 2, and asus rog phone 2; all three devices have front-firing speakers that have the same dynamic range and size (almost the same size for the rog phone 2 because it's earpiece unit is a bit smaller but has the same dynamic range as the main speaker). the speakers for these devices are also individually amplified and are certified for surround sound (dolby atmos for the razer phones and dts:x for the rog phone 2). i assure you all three devices can deliver surround sound, much more stereo, with its two front-firing speaker systems. if you're saying the speakers are not separated far enough to deliver true stereo separation, well, you actually use a smartphone upclose- like within half your arms' length so it can possibly give you true stereo separation. these phones are even smart enough to determine which speaker is being used as the right or left channel when you rotate the device. just pick up any one of those devices- razer phone 1, razer phone 2, and asus rog phone 2 and that would prove you wrong.

hmm, 30 Jan 2020If you can call it stereo where one speaker is like 1/3 of ... more"Stereophonic sound or, more commonly, stereo, is a method of sound reproduction that creates an illusion of multi-directional audible perspective."

loudness or balanced dynamic range is not required for stereo, as long as each channel has different signal to achieve this "multi-directional perspective". the speakers are not balanced in loudness alright, but it is still stereo they are blasting out.

I dont like the punch hole selfie cam. Waste of screen space for that 10mm from one side of the phone just cause of the camera hole. But if it will have no pump back camera then it will be one of the best phones that you can have on your table and dont need to hold in your hands as the camera pump will make the phone wobble
