MagicMonkeyBoy, 01 Feb 2020We are not on about the moderate Samsung set up are... Asus... moreCould you please give me a link where GSMArena compared the ROG Phone 2 with the iPhone 11? Will be helpful if you do.

I didn't say the iPhone 11 is a great gaming device, it's actually not. It's not really comfortable to hold the device for a long time. But it's capable of running games at very high details with no stuttering/lag.

Shadowgun Legends: High 60fps
COD Mobile: Very High settings+antialiasing
PUBG Mobile: HDR Extreme framerate
Lifeafter: Movie graphics, high framerate (60fps)
Black desert mobile: highest settings

ROG Phone does have that extra gaming features, it cannot be compared to the iPhone. iPhone is for daily use. Even iPhone has much better cameras than the ROG Phone.

Anyway my X2 Pro will smoke the ROG Phone 2 overall he heh

I'd get it as a sign from God and instead wait for rog phone 3!

And the award for the worst comment section goes to this one LOL

Anonymous, 01 Feb 2020Bestseller wherever available & usually out of stock fo... moreToo many Indian people know this phone is amazing... That's why it's out of stock. With a population between India and China together is like God knows how many times bigger than America's population.

Its no wonder that they are sold out.

You can buy online over the internet a gaming phone for 2020.

This years gaming phones are even more cutting edge in certain areas over the conventional flagship handset.

And no. Even though it is possible to do some gaming sessions on the iPhone 11. It's a device that is not designed specifically for gaming.

Gaming phones are designed from the ground up. Are by far supercede the traditional flagship for gaming.

Just because a realme x2 pro has a type of cooling for example and 855+ with 12 gb of and a 90hz refresh rate does give it the ability to play games just like the iPhone 11 for example.

The truth is. Is that gaming phone are very specific with a huge amount of screen tech. Other than over powered cooling systems. There touch latency usually tends to be 240hz. Compare to an iPhone 11 of a meagre 120hz.

There is a huge amount of tech involved with how the air triggers respond to types of touches or swipes.

As well on the screen. Not just that but also 3D touch tech. And... When using a joystick on the screen. You don't need to move your finger centimeters just to left and right. Instead the screen tech is optimised so the finger only needs to move just a fraction left or right and has the same movement on the screen as if you moved your fingers centimetres across the screen on the joystick. In other words the screen allows for minimal movement but exaggerates the movement onscreen.

          And theres more tech...

So anyone who is comparing a traditional or conventional handset to a gaming phone needs to actually use a gaming phone. And then compare.

With gaming phones. You will always have the edge over anyone with an iPhone or flagship device.

There is no comparison. The screen tech is way more advanced in gaming phones. Way more.

I'mPhone, 01 Feb 2020I have to say the iPhone 11 is actually a great device if y... moreWe are not on about the moderate Samsung set up are... Asus Rog Phone 2 is way better for the gamer in almost every way compared to iPhone 11. The I am telling you now... There is no comparison.

When you combine cooling. 120hz display. 240hz touch. And air triggers. As well as other optimisations. The Asus rog phone 2 is truly the gaming phone king of 2019.

Even GSM arena compared game play with the iPhone 11 (which is good for games) to the Asus Rog Phone 2... - There is no way that the traditional handset is as good as specifically designed gaming phone at all. There is also a lot of tech with the type of touch as well as how much a cross the screen you need to move your finger vs the actual movement on the game. Certain screen optimizations allow for a finger to move just a few millimeters to enable a character to nearly turn 180 degrees.

There is no way an iPhone 11 can challange the pro gamer with specially designed gaming phones. 2020 gaming phones lead the screen tech industry and many other areas of the smartphone that you don't normally see for the flagship conventional handsets.

ASUS ROG Phone 3, 01 Feb 2020Was waiting too tired and finally went with iPhone 11I have to say the iPhone 11 is actually a great device if you can ignore the meager 828p LCD screen. It's being underrated by people who have never touched it.

Ok battery life, performance is actually better than my realme X2 Pro, maybe subpar battery charging speed, and good cameras. Nothing special actually, but it just feels it's gonna last long.

It is much better than my outgoing Exynos S10e. While the S10e had a nice display (only 1080p though) and is lightweight and sturdy, SoC throttles too easily in games. Battery life was an issue to me, while the camera is good, again the SoC is a problem.

I barely could play PUBG Mobile at smooth graphics extreme framerate (60fps) without at least minor stuttering and heat build up, where the iPhone just breezed through HDR extreme framerate (both devices with antialiasing turned off). I have set the S10e's screen resolution to HD+ (720p) and turned off CPU limiter. Opening apps and normal use are fine, though.

I was actually planning to buy a ROG Phone 2 over a realme X2 Pro. But I have considered its aftersales support and reliability. X2 Pro is easier to obtain in my country and can be serviced easier. X2 Pro also has better cameras, but of course, ROG Phone 2 is 100% gaming oriented, X2 Pro is not. Unfortunately, I have never seen one person using a ROG Phone nor Zenfone 6 in my country. Asus needs to focus on aftersales and service network, as well as their OS updates.

Was waiting too tired and finally went with iPhone 11
