                              @GNexUser:
                              Read this:
                              http://www.pocketpc.ch/galaxy-nexus-root-rom/150314-anleitung-fw-update-u-o-werkszustand-factory-image-android-4-0-4-imm76d.html

                              It's German but I think your're able of translating it...

                              Will help you update without rooting it... After you finished you can lock the bootloader by typing "fastboot oem lock" into cmd...

                              cheers

                                    Saw the update today on my uncle's GNex. He updated without me even mentioning it to him (yay no more handholding!). No obvious differences.

                                    PS. I manually updated via stock ROM image and relocked couple of weeks ago when I recieved the phone with 4.0.1.

                                        Stupid Google with their so called OTA updates. Why don't you roll out the first 4.0.4 OTA to all other users first before releasing another OTA?

                                        Getting a Galaxy Nexus is like being tested for your patience, months waiting for OTA updates, months waiting for the official car holder, waiting, waiting, waiting... even when it's a yakju build, really frustrating!
