It may have great specs for the price, but sadly it's a downgrade from the Redmi K20 (you know the X2 is a K30 conterpart). I also have concerns about its frame strength. Cheap is OK, but not until fully compromising quality. Let's forget about the decent cameras or the camera bump. Here is a video link in Hindi language:

        https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=g3RSvQRI7eo (Gupta Information Systems channel)

Carefully check the last few minutes of the video, the K30 snapped into half and the screen and back completely destroyed, even the internals as well.

The SIM card slot is also a flop, it is plasticky and bendable.

You can compare this with JerryRigEverything's video about the K20 Pro, which did not break during his durability test.

Price-conscious buyers may adore the phone, but a phone is supposed to last for a few years. Zack (JerryRigEverything) mentions that phones are the most abused pieces of technology. You may accidentally sit, step, or drop the phone. Unless you're rich, you don't want to keep replacing or fixing your smartphone.

I will suggest you to buy the realme XT or X2 if you have the phones in your country, they do not break during bending though both phones won't survive a 5 feet drop. Price is also budget-friendly, especially in India and SE Asia. The only deal-breaker is the display, but the realmes use 60Hz OLED display, not 120Hz LCD. If you need 5G connectivity, try to wait for the upcoming realme X50. If you live in the US, it may be a tough one.

Zack will hate the Redmi K30 :(

I would love to see this at 6" with a high end SD SoC

But no, we get a 6,67" fridge instead (not a Xiaomi only issue, so many companies focus on big phones in the mid to high end segment)

TechEnthusiast, 04 Feb 2020And SD845 throttles after 5 minutes of gaming! Have you eve... moreSd 845 even beats Exynos 9820 and Apple A11 in terms of gaming performance. Though the Apple A12 is a suddenly huge improvement. It is still a fast enough SoC nowadays. Sd855 is even better, and cannot wait to see Sd865 in the S20/Mi 10.

Let's see price in Europe. Redmi note 8 pro is 200€ with better g90t, with same cameras, same battery, same Gorila glass 5, but with weaker 60hz screen. If is price 250€ I will go for 8 pro

                      "co-designed".. as if.
It's designed by one team and then reused a bunch of times under their brands..

How to kill your brand. They all do it, from oppo to the poco brand. One good phone then nothing but mediocre.
