AnonD-754814, 06 Feb 2020correction : note 5Good catch. I completely forgot about the Note 5. It seemed like such a big downgrade at the time, losing both the replaceable battery (remember those?) and microSD slot. A truly forgettable phone, unlike it's explosive successor ;-)

1. Those who want a currently supported phone that includes a stylus, 3.5mm headphone jack and a flat screen. The last Note that had all of these was the Note 4...
2. Those who want a stylus but don't want to pay flagship money.
I have the Note 8 and CPU speed was never an issue. Unlike the silly curved screen which is fancy for no good reason. Just makes typing less convenient. The Note 10 Lite is faster and has a proper flat screen. It offers a unique combination of features that no phone offers, without the silly design decisions of the more expensive Note 10 models. I personally find it more attractive, and the lower price tag is just the icing on the cake. The only reason I won't be buying one is because my Note 8 works flawlessly (except for the curved screen).

The bu... moreHere in South Africa, the Note 9 is no longer available and the cash difference between the Note 10 Lite and regular Note 10 is HUGE. You could basically buy yourself the Note 10 Lite AND the A51 for the price of the regular Note 10

Note10 Lite at 499 euro would have been much better. The build quality is fine but the materials are not worth this price. You can get a Note9 for cheaper with metal and glass, the only advantage the Note10 Lite has is longer software updates.

630 quid in the UK? No Thanks, I would love to know why Samsung didn't fit the Snapdragon 855 chipset to this device, like the s10 lite?
Ironically if you spread the extra cost of the standard 6.1" Note 10 the price different isn't all that much.

I can see someone buying the S10 lite over the regular one for the battery life but the note10 lite is too expensive for an older chipset. I don't know who would buy that over any of the existing flagships

For me, that's to much....both of them shouldn't pas 500€ mark.
Thet are great midrange devices, I don't mind plastic build neither, but for that price there are much better options....even from Samsung
