Superb specs and amazing looking phones at really nice price. After sales support is guided by law of the land. In West, there are consumer protection laws. In India, you buy it and then beg the company to fix it even if it is manufacturer's fault. People can afford a $100 phone to get bad but anything more than $200-250 is a big deal. These companies blatantly refuse to help you. India is probably the second biggest smartphone market in the world. It is only the practices like these that brands like RealMe, OPPO, Vivo, Nokia, Sony, BlackBerry fail to correct and keep them at lower spec'ed phone sales.
