Why can't Motorola put a USB 3.0 rated usb port on these phones? This is 2020 not 2015.

Crossing my fingers on this model considering the amount of disappointments of the G7 Power. While the battery and stock android was the star of the G7 Power it stops there, multiple complaints of durability, Bluetooth and WiFi issues made me pause at getting one. NFC is not really necessary for me but 279 ppi and Gorillia Glass 3 is one of the many compromises on the G7 Power that was to much to overlook(Camera was so so as well). The G8 power seems to get a lot of things right in the hardware department, stock android feel with the Moto Actions . If the G8 Power is as promising as it is, my OnePlus 6 and Redmi Note 7 will be gone in a flash :-)

6000 series aluminum".

I'd rather spend a bit more on this phone than buy a cheaper vivo.

It seems very good for the price (~220 EUR). It has an aluminium body, Moto Display/Actions as always, 4 cameras (icluding a 16MP main, a 8 MP ultrawide, a 8 MP telephoto - 2x optical zoom -, and a 2 MP macro camera). Other specs were already known (Snapdragon 665, 4 GB RAM, 5000mAh).

Have bee using Moto g7 power from quite some time. Quite happy with the long battery life and camera given the price of £140. Been almost a year and still running fast. And now g8 power seems more promising with ultra wide camera lens. Will be getting my hand on it asap
