No human being on Earth can visually differentiate between 120Hz and 144Hz when all other factors are equal. 144Hz is marketing fluff, pure and simple.

i can tell that because my pc is 240hz (screen)
already passed the 60>90>144>240
yes going from 60 to 90 you will feel it and like for netflix youtube browsing etc....but
120-144 there ain't much difference trust me they should have focused on a oled 2k screen 90hz better
then pump up the Hz hype for phone -_-

For me, I barely feel a difference at 90hz and at 120 it's not there at all. Yes, I haven't won the genetic lottery, but I know that most people can't. So 144 is for the "elite"? E gaming is already filled with those impolite smugs.
I don't see how a 144hz screen could benefit gaming apart from playing less because battery drains faster.

If you don't want 120hz, u can simply switch to 60hz or 90hz or AI mode which bumps or bumps down refresh according to content.
Less than 10-15% drain on your battery if running at 120hz constant.
