Now that Samsung announced Z flip Motorola has finally someone to copy from and could sit down and chill. Beeing an innovator in something is hard and takes a lot of effort. If it weren't for the Z flip there would probably be no more next gen foldable razrs (hence the difficulty of introducing state of the art features and beeing leader in the field)

It’s over... moreI agree that the specs aren't up to par, however I do not agree with your statement that the design isn't what smartphones have build up to.
In fact I believe foldables are the future of smartphones

Just don’t buy this phone.
Don’t consider it.
It’s overpriced, the camera is bad, the design is the opposite of what the smartphone world has built up to, it’s no fun to use, and its price is laughable for what you are getting.

Z Flip made the Razr overpriced and completely under-spec'd. I believe we might as well wait for a succesor to this. Not for $1500. The first RAZR V3 wasn't all that either. Motorola corrected it with future variants like the V3i which could sync to iTunes.
