Dear HTC
The problem is the BATTERY ! NO ONE WANTS TO BUY A MOBILE WITH A BAD BATTERY ! Thats why no one buys HTC although it has the BEST UI the BEST design the BEST everything.. BUT with a bad battery people wont buy it
I want to buy HTC ONE X but so many ppl are complaining about its battery. This may make me turn to Samsung !

It's thin, has a large screen and amazing battery life. Of course, by "amazing" I mean the hands down best battery life of any phone on the market right now.

As HTC ditched the memory card. I have decided not buy a HTC this year.
Won't buy a smartphone without a card reader.

Lol, combine this with a story I read last week where HTC stated that the consumer wanted thinner phones above all else, makes me glad to see HTC paying for it with low profits. Who wants a thin phone thats battery lasts 12 hours? I couldn't imagin anuthing worse! No QWERTY, small battery and then doing what apple do, how does anyone think they can win with this approach? If I made a sports car in my garage and then priced it the same as a farrari Im sure I would be laughed at, who buys a Spotfist? lol

The original desire was a hit, despite dreadful audio. What since? Well a load of larger screen phones all clones of each other plus wildfire. Their new range is good, but still not much departure from the old. Loved the EVO 3d, but nobody else did much. Poor support from this company, happy to leave customers with outdated Android, and not sure they translate well into western markets....in more ways than one! Should have teamed up with Nokia.

So sad i use to be a fan and hoping to get upgrade of my desire Z but no. HTC forgot me. They did not improve the battery life instead remove the SD card no keyboard. Only the name I like in One X.Now we will go with Samsung S3. REST IN PEACE HTC.

maybe if they would make their flagships available sooner they could get profits up.It`s frustrating to see a phone in MWC in February,and not to be able to buy it until May

one x is a great phone.. the only problem is we don't see other brand's performance and we're just looking for a famous one like iphone, to make us famous also.

Got a feeling the htc one x isn't going to be as popular as they planned. I've sent 2 one x's back due to faults. Many are having the same problem. I'm gunna put a vid on youtube soon to show all the faults i've had.

Maybe HTC's poor after sales support and low value to price ratio are eventually castching up with them. You can rely on "exclusivity" to inflate your prices .... but only for a while - after that you have to start creating the goods to back your claims of superior perfornmance.
This will be the 5the HTC that I throw away .... and I'm looking for something with an "S"

Problematic phones are replaced after 4 months with refurbished also problematic and than they tell you no guarantee anymore!!!! I'm actually glad to see them going down!

Plus the One X's camera is not that bad (well, for what you pay... one shouldn't expect miracles at the lower end). I have an N9 but if I were to switch to Android, I'd consider HTC first.

Customer service is very important. Htc you should learn with apple. I remember my first htc phone was broken with software issues after used two weeks. I sent it to repair when it was returned it became cosmetic issues. I wrote and rang to complain that defect. Their customer service promised will fix up that problem. However, they never returned you call, and didn't follow up. Another story, I got an iPod . It has some issues when they found that was their hardware defect. They gave an new directly. Htc this is customer service, do u understand?
