I believe even the Samsung S10 Lite supports 45W fast charging. A 25W fast charger is supplied but a 45W PD charger can be used.

of course people wont will care to spend 80 on a powerbank if they already spend more than 900 on the phone, is just to make math easy. People who buy apple or sammy doesnt care how much it costs, they are blind anyway.
