BUT after having such gorgeous devices like Galaxy Note 10+, Huawei Mate 20 Pro and beautiful Sony Xperia 5, Pixel 4 looks and feels like 5 years old shitty soap remnant. Pixel 4 battery isn't just an issue, it's a disaster - the worst battery on expensive phone ever. Few weeks ago I took it with me on 175km ( 2hours 10 min) trip to make few photos with 94% battery charge. When I reach destination with GPS enabled the battery percentage was...26% (!). Soli sensor (Motion Sense) was disabled since it doesn't work in my country. That was enough for me to put this phone on sale following week. Fingerprint scanner of any kind is a must on flagship device, sorry. Cheers

I think haters are blowing it w... moreSmall battery / crappy battery is an outdated feature :D Tbh i've had 4 Huawei phones and i will be getting a 5th ... had a P8 have a P9 that's still in use by my dad, have a Mate 10 Pro and a Mate 30 Pro for daily use .... I've never had any issues with them they just work without all the gimmicks that others try to push down your neck that are just hit and miss most of the time. And for your information i have had several Samsung, Sony and even two Nexus's and 1 iPhone. Yes it comes down to personal preference and in my case it's a hassle free use.

I personally have no issues with the design itself and I can always use a traditional unlocking method if I don't want to use facial recognition. Google clearly put in a lot of time and money into Project Soli and Motion Sense and I expect the next Pixel flagships to not only use this promising technology but improve upon it.

And the latter part of your argument is more about personal preference than anything else. I would get this smartphone in a heartbeat if it had better battery life.

C'mon Pixel 5, this time you'll get it right. I can only think that they know the Pixel 4a is gonna be the better buy, and they need to clear some Pixel 4 & 4xl inventory asap.

I'm a T-Mobile customer and a Pixel fan (had an original and currently have a 2xl) and this is still a hard pass for me even at $400/$500. The Pixel line only has the UI going for it at this point because competitors have caught up to Google regarding picture quality and have surpassed Google regarding video quality. It really is a shame.

I can't recommend Pixel 4 to anyone but enemy even for $300. I was pissed off with the worst battery on the quite expensive flagship phone ever! Among my other complains are ugly front design, lack of one more physical unlocking option - fingerprint scanner (I don't want this phone to be unlocked immediately every time I touch it!), little to none photos quality difference against Pixel 3 (worse selfies on P4 by the way), lack of front firing speakers, none-functional in my country Motion Sense.

This is how P4s should be priced from the beginning? I used to have Pixel 4 for about 1.5 months. I sold it straight after it died before I reached destination point to make some photos.
