It turns out the top of the line model isn't 5G only.

Why is the Samsung's logo at the bottom nowadays? It's very ugly.

Toink, 18 Feb 2020Will it work in your country? The 5G bands in the US?Yep... good thing with SD865 comes with 5g sub 6 & mmWave bands that cover almost all world bands being adopted & used for 5g worldwide....

Rokka, 18 Feb 2020No 5G but will priced the same GtfoYep...in South Africa the 4g LTE cost same price as the 5g Ultra...

By the way all the S20 lte Ultra models will come with Exynos chips...lol

This time I'll pass and rather import the US models with SD865 & 5g...

Haha I guess in countries with NO 5G (in whatsoever state like Trial, Partial and Commercial) the Samsung website says S20 Ultra LTE. But in Australia it says S20 Ultra 5G | LTE. I mean what the fish is this? Can I also say S20 Ultra 5G | EDGE. Fothermuckers.

Same goes for the Philippines. The model that will be sold locally is SM-G988BZKDXTC as per Samsung PH chat support.

"What we'll have in the Philippines are 4G since we do not have 5G connection yet in the Philippines..."

She's wrong though on the no 5G connection yet.

No 5G but will priced the same
                Gtfo

I knew about this since day one. They don't have the 5G version of these phones in emerging countries like Indonesia and India but priced almost the same.

Makes sense. We do not have 5G network in Bangladesh but our official Samsung page keeps promoting the S20 ultra images.

We do already have an S20 Ultra LTE in Latin America.
