You can use your GMail address with almost any client, you definitely don't need to use the GMail app (it's not even that good). Just use Outlook, the built in Huawei client, or something else.

The only app that will be difficult to replace is YouTube, but there is NewPipe, SkyTube, YouTube Vanced and the website. I'm sure these alternatives are good enough for most people.
