A 3D-printed head has shown that while Apple's Face ID is a secure biometric authentication system, other facial recognition systems used by Android-based smartphones are able to be fooled and unlocked by the fake cranium.

But I try the face unlock actually works well even under low light by increasing screen brightness ( know that Samsung copied from one plus lol), what I came to know from a friend of mine that works with Samsung the ultra finger print scanner owned by Samsung themself it’s not a Qualcomm one.

Interesting .... the finger... moreYou mean the fingerprint sensor update on the S10 and Note 10? Hey that's like 6 months after the S10 release. Sammy took TOO long to fix such a crucial update. Other OEMs such as Apple, Xiaomi, Oppo, etc. don't even need 6 months to address such a big mistake in their OS. Not to mention the camera performance was just updated and it's many months late as well.
Sammy will be a laughing stock in front of Apple and most Chinese OEMs these days. Even probably Nokia and HTC (Taiwan).

I mean, even the on-screen fingeprint sensor doesn't work all the time ij the S10/Note 10. Compare this with cheaper Chinese OEMs like Xiaomi and they often put better quality sensors. And you know you're paying a huge premium for Sammy handsets.
Kudos to Apple for being dull and boring, but hey, everything works as advertised. And by that, works well.
Sammy is just getting trampled by Chinese OEMs these days.

Interesting .... the fingerprint worked with a screen protector.
Previously, when I put the tread, he didn't want to recognize ....
I constantly wanted to "push the display hard and nothing was going on"

They has fp scanner, and never accented face scanner as very secure, much more as they have it because they have to have it. Try scanning fingerprint with your Iphone X, wait, you can not. These two companys just chose different approach to security, that is all.

Really, Samsung tries to improve Face unlock? That won't work...even an iPhone X (which is a subpar phone, I must admit) has better facial unlock than the Note 10.
Oh don't tell me that an iPhone X runs faster than a Note 10 running on Exynos SoC.
Some Chinese phones also do better facial recognitions (ex. Mate30 Pro) too. Sorry, Shamesung

It's just an added quick option for when unlocking the phone, or just a... requirement they had to tick because the S10+ had it (and a better one at that).

Samsung's face recognition must be a joke of some sort, when you use face recognition to unlock your phone you're required to either use a pin or fingerprint scan to actually use Google Pay to pay for a purchase. When you use your on screen FP (when you actually manage to get it to work) Google Pay will work without re-entering pin or FP. Samsung is still good old samsung.
