      The Last Oracle, 29 Feb 2020Wasn't Vivi making and even advertising something like this... moreyou mean the last year vivo Apex 2019? Yes they did make a fully port-less, and button-less (i forgot) prototype phone. But that phone didn't have any front camera either.
      The APEX series is never meant to be sold, they're exist for prototyping purpose and to show off what they can do (hopefully, implement it in the future).

        Looks like a Huawei

          Love the back design reminds me of the Samsung k-zoom first smartphone with 10x optical zoom for those who don't know not the p40.
          The design of the phone is aesthetic from top to bottom,vivo doesn't disappoint in the speed department always topping antutu charts.
          Give me water resistance and a price tag under 900$ and this might be the first time in my life I buy a vivo over a Samsung

Anyone can make tens or hundreds of concept just to say they are innovate but it's useless until the phone is mass produced for consumer. And we know why it never made it to public, like the under screen camera still not ready to replace current notch/punch hole design.

                not interesting at all

                  The shape of the screen (without notch) is almost the same as the Huawei Mate 30 Pro.

                        Waiting for a future phone that follows up this kind of tech, with just 2 big sensors.

                        One that has Ultra Wide 18mm, with 3:2 ratio for Cinematography purpose (along with photo of course). Apply those advance gimbal-like stabilizer system.

                        One that has optically 28-85mm fast aperture, with 4:3 ratio for Photography purpose (of course can do video as well).

                        This setup will minimize too many camera sensors, & the focal length are perfect for street/portrait/travel photography! Additional ToF sensor will be great. Dont care so much about 5x or 10x zoom (buildingscape/wildlife/sports). I'm not that kind of focal length setup.

                          Needs to be shorter. Slightly wider. No extreme curve on the waterfall. Needs behind the screen conductive speaker.

                            $500 USD and this is my first Chinese phone. Good Job on the under screen camera. If the phone is sealed, how do you put in your sim card? How does e-sim work?
