According to Vivo, they will release a 'Wall' of 5G smartphones for 2020, covering the full price spectrum (CNY1000 to CNY7000). Vivo 5G phones released so far for 2020:
Vivo Z6 5G (SD765G), Starting CNY2200 ($310)
Vivo X30 (Exynos 980), starting CNY3000 ($420)
Vivo X30 Pro (Exynos 980), starting CNY4000 ($570)
IQOO 3 5G (SD865), Starting CNY3500 ($500)
There will be multiple SoCs with integrated 5G entering the market in the coming months, addressing CNY1000 ($140), CNY1500 ($210) and CNY2000 ($280) price segments.
