I simply said high resolution camera takes more detailed image so it takes more time for the ISP and CPU to process the image. SD 730G is not as powerful as SD 865 so it will clearly take more time to process.

Since you are also saying image processing time depends on SOC, you are only proving my point correct. Helio P95 is a weaker CPU than SD 730G (proved by benchmarks on GSMArena ) so it will take more time to process the image.

Also you didn't proved anything here by comparing SD 865 to SD 730G. You are the one who needs to check the benchmarks of P95 and SD 730G and then comeback here, most people are saying P95 is a bad choice for a $400+ phone even GSMArena said Helio P95 is a con. Just what makes you think P95 is better than SD 730G?. Even in camera department I can see SD 730G's ISP almost as good as SD 855. P95 is more or less a budget SOC and it can't compete with SD 730G in any way not even in camera department.

      What I am saying is 730G is a faster and better SOC than P95 not SD 865. According to you, even if P95 have better camera support (which is not the case) than SD730G, it's still a bad idea to compromise on performance of a 400 dollar phone just to capture ever so slightly better image.

                    As for Mi Note 10 pro taking more time to process image is probably because of 108 MP camera. Images at that resolution are around 15-20 MB, so it's natural for processing to take some time. P95 would take even more time to process the image.

                    Also, P95 does seem to have some extra camera feature over G90T, though not necessarily better than 730G. P95 is definitely a inferior processor than 730G in many ways. So it's a bad decision by Oppo.

Difference between a75 and a76 is... moreJust because SOC has a better AI, it doesn't mean the images you capture will be significantly better or the user experience will be completey on a different level. AI just slightly enhances it and that is all.

                            SD 730G built on 8nm node along with A76 cores will be very efficient when compared to P95. And you can get more battery backup.

                            Also SD 730G isn't expensive, as it can be found on phones around 250 dollar (Redmi K30). P95 is for phones costing around 200 dollar not for phones costing 400 dollar.

                            Also Xiaomi Mi Note 10 pro has SD 730G, and that phone takes better pictures than most phones including some flagship phones.
