Most likely you have got the 9100G version of the Galaxy mobile. The update isn´t rolled out for that version, yet. So it´s not about any area in the world, it´s everywhere the same. Let´s wait some more days until we go to Korea, breaking some legs to speed up the rollout ;- )

Samsung. Behave your product. Iphone was release new model. But Samsung still can't hear what your customer needs. Until now , My Samsung Galaxy S2 still not update found. Im waiting everyday since March but still not get good news about ICS update in my I9100G. Same like I9100 version. Until now not released in Malaysia. We support Samsung product and we hope you support what we need until now. Please hear this Samsung. Im tired. :(
