        So 8 hrs at 120hz is quite possible.

          Difference in battery life at 60Hz and 120hz is marginal 10-15%.

            Is the Snapdragon 865 and 5G modem combo a real battery hog this year? Seems like vendors are having a real problem with battery life. Or is it to do with the high refresh rate of their screens?

              8 hours in 120Hz, that's good, maybe 16 hours will be achieved in 60Hz or 12 hours or so in 90Hz.

                  Only way they can get that result is if they trick you in believing your using 120hz instead you are using 60hz. Don't forget have MEMC.

                    I doubt this number, unless he just stopped the screen timing out, and left it in, sat on a table. Obviously will be dependant on the screen size. But I really can't see this being correct.

                      Must be in airplane mode with looping video.

                        7.9 Hours Screen on time is imposible for 4065 mah and 120hz unless you always use wifi to open the dark video with the darkest brightness!!!

                          Anonymous, 04 Mar 2020gimmick must quickly become the new normal Unless you're LG. LG's gimmicks are a hit and miss to be standards. LG successfully introduced Ultrawide cameras and longer screen ratios on phones but the rest like Hand ID are flops.

The 7t and the Reno Ace were almost the same phone again though with just a different camera shape. Both companies can save costs from bulk ordering the same parts
