It's nice to know that a gaming-centric phone has topped the chart but how many common people buy a gaming phone. Also, This chart means nothing compared to real-life usage experience.

the kirin 810 in similary priced midranges performs much better than the g90 which also has overheating issues and is much more energy efficient as it is made on a 7nm fab process ( vs 12 nm ).

I'm impressed, I bought the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro 5 days ago (almost a week ago) and it is the top 1 midranger in performance for a while (4 weeks as what GSMArena if I am correct), glad that I bought it then!

Where's my RM3S? The only true rival to the Asus RoG Phone 2.
That is 2nd place according to the scores revealed by GSMArena if I am not mistaken.

Why does the 730G perform lower, compared to the 730? Specs are the same, but it has more gaming enhancements.

People complain that asus rog 2 dont get updates. Why do you need update when its a top performer already? Need random security patches to make you happy? Smh
