Up to now for me Samsung Galaxy S20+ is the best smaerphone. It thicks all the boxes except headphone jack. Huawei like the last year P30 pro just put a lot of effort into the camera. But screen (the most important part), audio quality, slow software updates etc they don't care about it. What a shame.:(

the bump is usually hidden with the case cover so no issue it's still a slim phone

I thought 'Pro' means having all the necessary hardware and ports, including a 3.5mm jack and mini-HMDI port.

Hence manufacturers always try to keep the thickness to a minimum. The average customer also applies a case on their phone, which hides the camera bump & gives the phone a flat appearance.
