I think Nokia has been planning this lawsuit for a long time now. They already won a lawsuit against Apple, you knew eventually they'd be going for their other competition. Good for them.
On a side note, I bought the N9 last week and it's incredible. The Swipe idea is absolutely perfect for phones without physical keys, and I'm sure Nokia has to be getting ready to release Meltemi phones with this feature. Very intuitive.

Well if others are making phones and getting money selling them using ur technology then they should be sued, imagine if you were an individual and made something and one big company used that and got a big success doing that because they have the name. how would you feel?
patents are made to save your hard work

AnonD-27765, 03 May 2012I'll post it again. Nokia will never resort to adopting ... moreSo choosing an OS that DECREASED in marketshare last month in US despite Nokia giving a $100 cashback on a $99 lumia, is smarter than choosing the world's most popular phone OS?

This is for the people who carelessly say that Nokia phones are of bad design and quality. Quoted taken from GSMArena's head-to-head review of Lumia 900 and Titan II.
"The Lumia 900 wins the design contest. It is far more likely to turn heads than the generic looking Titan II. Build quality is top notch too, and so is the ClearBlack AMOLED display."
